Why should I enrol in the retreat?
In this busy world we live in it can be hard to focus on your own wellbeing. You know you should prioritise your own health so that you can also look after the important people in your life. But maybe it all just seems too hard right now. So that is why the retreat is designed to take just a few minutes each day to focus on you. Small steps that added together make a big difference. You deserve it.

What is included in the retreat?
Each day of the retreat you will receive an email prompting you to access the online retreat. There you will find a daily video with a thought for the day and a relaxation technique. There is also guidance on exercise, and being more mindful. To accompany the retreat you can download a worksheet to record your plans and your thoughts.

How much does the retreat cost?
The 3-day retreat is free. If you want to join my month long retreat, the cost is £139. You can get a discount code when you complete this free 3-day retreat. You can add on coaching at £70 per hour.
