You can sign up for a free sleep course, plus a free wellbeing in focus course, which helps you to analyse your wellbeing and provides you with a daily planner to help you organise your day.
The longer 8 week course is called Positive Paths to Wellbeing and comes with three options:
1. Online only
2. Online + 90 minutes of coaching
3. Online plus 6.5 hours of coaching
