    In this busy world we live in it can be hard to focus on your own wellbeing. You know you should prioritise your own health so that you can also look after the important people in your life. But maybe it all just seems too hard right now. So that is why the retreat is designed to take just half an hour a day to focus on you. Small steps that added together make a big difference.   • What is included in the retreat?

    Each day of the retreat you will receive an email prompting you to access the online retreat. There you will find a daily video with a thought for the day and a relaxation technique. There is also guidance on exercise, healthy eating, sleep and being more mindful. To accompany the retreat you will receive a handbook to record your plans and your thoughts.

  • How much does the retreat cost?
